About the Band ...

Formed in 1911, Renfrew Burgh Band is one of the few bands still playing in the Renfrewshire area.

The band rehearses every Tuesday and Thursday and performs at local gala days, churches and ceremonies such as the Remembrance Day Service.  We also give regular concerts and participate in brass band contests throughout the country.

We are always happy to recruit players of all ages and playing standards as the band ethos is firmly rooted in the enjoyment of our hobby!
