George Mullin - 50 YEARS!

The band hosted a surprise party for our beloved band manager and soprano cornet player George Mullin. At the party George was recognised by the Scottish Brass Band Association for 50 years of service to the banding movement - all of it to Renfrew Burgh Band!

George is pictured receiving his medal from SBBA secretary, Tom Allan. He also received many other gifts from the band.

George also made the headlines on 4barsrest.com and The Gazette.
